The IWRD RoW NOC e-Service Portal enables private organisations and Government / PSU execution agencies to apply online for Right of Way NOC / permission for works on canals, drains, rivers, embankments, and other departmental land in Uttar Pradesh.

Applications are processed digitally through EE → SE → Regional CE → CE Level-I / HQ / E-in-C (and Government approval where required), with SLA tracking visible to officers.
