The IWRD e-Seva RoW-NOC Portal enables telecom and BharatNet implementing agencies to apply online for Right of Way permission to lay Optical Fibre Cable (OFC) across canals and departmental land in Uttar Pradesh.

Applications are processed digitally through JE/AE field verification, EE review, and SE approval, with deemed approval under Rule 12 if no decision is recorded within the SLA period.
