e-Seva RoW NOC Portal Launched for BharatNet OFC Applications

IWRD, UP is pleased to announce the launch of the online Right of Way NOC portal for BharatNet OFC crossing works on canal land. Applicants (RVNL/BSNL/TSP/ISP) can now submit applications digitally without visiting divisional offices.

BharatNet Special Project — No Mandatory Fee under Rule 12, RoW Rules 2024

As per Gazette notification dated 01.01.2025 and DoT OM dated 10.01.2025, BharatNet is a notified Special Project. RoW permission is deemed granted within 30 days of application submission. No entry fee or bank guarantee is chargeable.

Registration Open for RVNL/BSNL and Authorised BharatNet Agencies

Implementing agencies may register on the portal by uploading a valid authorisation letter from RVNL/BSNL/DoT. Accounts will be activated within 2 working days of registration.
